Meandering With Murphy

July 10 – July 22

My travel adventures continue! I am off to Italy from July 10 – July 22. My California kids (Beth, Glenn, Jacob (17) and Katelyn (15) asked me to join them on an Italian adventure. We will be in Rome (July 11 – July 15), Florence (July 15 – July 18), Bologna (July 18 – July 21) and finally we go to Milan and fly out on July 22. We all leave at the same time and arrive at JFK. The Goodman’s then fly to San Diego and I go on to Minneapolis.

I have been to Italy before. Scott and I went to Rome in December of 2009. We went back to Italy with Scott’s mom Helen and my niece and her family in November of 2011. My niece’s daughter Renee was going to school in Rome so we all decided to visit and celebrate Thanksgiving. It was a wonderful trip.

This trip will be wonderful too but we will miss Scott but he will be there in spirit with us.
